Step 3: Drying the Granules
The Kason Circular Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer offers greater efficiency and economy, and is easier to clean, than conventional rectangular fluid bed dryers. The quick-disconnect housing requires only one air inlet and outlet, and is inherently rigid, allowing materials to be downgauged, vibratory motors to be down-sized, and associated components to be eliminated.

Step 2: Forming spherical granules
The patented Kason Spheroidizer utilizes vibratory energy to produce high-strength, uniform, spherical particles. The size, uniformity and density of the finished product are varied by adjusting amplitude and frequency of vibration, and the number and slope of agglomerating cones.
